Abstract Submission


Abstracts submission:

· The Conference Committee invites anyone interested in presenting a lecture during the conference to submit an abstract
· The abstract need to be send to Mr. Guy Bar-Yosef at guybar@rafael.co.il
·  Abstracts that will be submitted, will be reviewed by the conference Scientific Committee, which will decide whether an abstract will be presented as a lecture at the conference.
·  Responses to the applicants will be sent in accordance with the timetable that will be announced.
·  The deadline for submitting abstracts is 30 May 2018.

General guidelines:

·   The criteria that the Scientific Committee will use for reviewing the abstracts are professionalism, quality of the abstract, the importance of the subject, innovation, originality, and relevance to the issue of quality and the subjects of the conference.

· The abstract must not include advertising or sales promotion material of any kind.

· For your attention, participation in the conference entails payment of a participation fee according to the conference registration policy.

Guidelines for submitting abstracts

Page size: A4
Length of abstract: maximum—350 words, including tables and graphs; not more than one page.
Margins: 3 cm. for all margins
Line spacing:  1.15
Font size: 12 pt.
Font: Times New Roman

Abstract language: English
Paper title: upper case letters, centered, size 16 pt.

Author’s details:
Leave an empty line after the title of the abstract, centered, size 12 pt. 
Please type: title, first name (full), last name (full).

Affiliation information:
Leave an empty line after the author’s name, centered, in italics, size 12 pt.
Please type: department, work place, city, country.

Body of the abstract:
Justify the text, two empty lines to be left after the name of the institute.
The body of the abstract shall be arranged under the following headings: Introduction, description of the work, methods, results and conclusions.

Participants that their abstracts will be approved for a lecture at the conference are required to register and pay by 15.8.2018 in order to approve their participation as lecturers

The conference registration fee includes 

Conference tag, conference kit, conference booklet, refreshments and lunch, entrance to exhibitions, participation in all lectures and sessions (during Conference days 20-21/11/2018)

Terms of registration cancellation 

Registration cancellations received by September 20, 2018 will be fully refunded less a $100 processing charge    
No refunds will be made for registration cancellations received after September 20, 2018.

Ben Gurion International Airport is located 20 minutes from Tel Aviv. Airport train and taxis provide fast and inexpensive transportation.

of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

Israel’s currency is the New Israeli Shekel (NIS). International major credit cards are accepted by most hotels, restaurants, and shops. Currency exchange desks and ATMs are readily available throughout the city and at Ben Gurion International Airport.
